There is no creation without a creator. We believe existence of the creator looking at the creation.
Job 12:7-9
“Even birds and animals have much they could teach you: ask the creatures of the earth
and sea for their wisdom. All of them know that the LORD’s hand made them. It is God
who directs the lives of his creatures; everyone’s life is in his power”
Wisdom 13:1-10
“Anyone who does not know God is simply foolish. Such people look at the good things
around them and fail to see the living God. They have studied the things he made, but they
have not recognized the one who made them. Instead, they suppose that the gods who
rule the world are fire or wind or storm or the circling stars of rushing water or the heavenly
bodies. People were so delighted with the beauty of these things that they thought they
must be gods, but they should have realized that these things have a master and that he is
much greater than all of them, for he is the creator of beauty, and he created them. Since
people are amazed at the power of these things, and how they behave, they ought to learn
from them that their maker is far more powerful. When we realize how vast and beautiful
the creation is, we are learning about the creator at the same time.”
Hebrews 3:4
“For every house is built by some man, but he that built all things is God”
Psalm 18:1-2
“How clearly the sky reveals God’s Glory! How plainly it shows what he has done”
2 Romans 1:19-20
“God punishes them, because what can be known about God is plain to them, for God
himself made it plain. Ever since God created the world, his invisible qualities, both his
eternal power and his divine nature have been clearly seen; they are perceived in the
things that God has made. So those people have no excuse at all!!”
Our instincts teach us to do good things and to avoid bad things. We feel guilty when we do
some bad or wrong things. This consciences leads to believe in the existence of eternal God.
Rom 2:14-15
“The Gentiles do not have the Law; but whenever they do by instinct what the Law
commands, they are their won law, even though they do not have the Law. Their conduct
shows that what the Law commands is written in their hearts. Their consciences also show
that this is true, since their thoughts sometimes accuse them and sometimes defend them”
Human tendency to believe in Super natural power: የማምለክ ዝንባሌ
Ever since the dawn of humanity, there has been no time where people were not having
belief in supernatural power. People in different parts of the world intend to believe in different
natural things, some also believed in some super power. This clearly shows our nature has the
tendency to trust and rely on in supernatural power.
Acts 17:26-29
“From one human being he created all races on earth and made them live throughout the
whole earth. He himself fixed beforehand the exact times and the limits of the places
where they would live. He did this so that they would look for him, and perhaps find him as
they felt about for him. Yet God is actually not far from any one of us; as someone has
said, ‘In him we live and move and exist,’ It is as some of your poets have said ‘We too are
his children.’ Since we are God’s children, we should not suppose that his nature is
anything like an image of gold or silver or stone, shaped by human art and skill”
The Holy Bible is a collection of Scriptures about God, his creation and his relationship to his
creation. It is the supreme authority in the formulation of the doctrine of our faith. One of the
purposes of the holy Bible is to lead us believe in God.
John 20:31
“These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God and that
believing you may have life in His name”
3 Isaiah 66:2
“The Lord says, ’Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house,
then, could you build for them, what kind of place for me to live in? I myself created the
whole universe!’”
John 1:3
“Through him God made all things; not one thing in all creation was made without him”
Rev 4: 11
“Our Lord and God! You are worthy to receive glory, honor and power. For you created all
things, and by your will they were given existence and life”
His unique ability of the coordination of creatures: the shift of day and night, the shift of seasons
and continuous care and feeding to his creations
Acts 19:17
“But he has always given evidence of his existence by the good things he does: he gives
you rain from heaven and crops at the right times; he gives you food and fills your hearts
with happiness”
Psalm 145:14-16
“He helps those who are in trouble; he lifts those who have fallen. All living things look
hopefully to you and you give them food when they need it. You give them
enough and satisfy the needs of all”
Mat 5:44
He makes his sun to shine on bad and good people alike, and gives rain to those who
do good and o those who do evil”
